When you use this shopping cart to purchase a report, you'll fill out an order form that will be securely submitted to Feed-back.com staff for processing. Reports are provided to you in PDF format, via e-mail. During the business week (Monday - Friday), orders are typically filled within 2 to 8 hours from the time the order is placed (9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Pacific).
