PRIVACY POLICY
You can visit our pages and use our forms with confidence.
The reason we need contact information is to fill a request for something you want from us. Your e-mail and order forms reach one of two staff members at Feedback Research Services — and each of us just happens to be a privacy freak! We protect your information as if it was our own.
Once we've responded to you, we do keep your information in a database for approximately three months, but the only people with access are the two privacy freaks. We attempt to update our files by contacting you again, usually within three months of your original request for information. If you do not respond, you're automatically taken out of the database. You're also taken off anytime you let us know that's what you want. Anyone who remains on the list is there because he or she has given us permission to keep sending them information.
Over the years, we've found that most of the people who've contacted us in the past want to stay in touch ... First, it's hard to read stuff on-line and getting hard copies in the mail means that you don't have to print anything yourself. Secondly, it's our policy to provide something valuable along with the materials that describe our publications. Thirdly, depending upon how good our memories are, we sometimes come across a juicy tidbit of information that can be forwarded along at a later date to answer a person's previous question.
Ultimately, you're here because you need or want information. We'd like to give it to you free on-line at this site or as a purchased proprietary analysis that isn't available anywhere else. We're selective in the number and types of mailings and e-mail postings we do — there are only about three times each year when we use the database as a promotional tool for our publications.
