Doctors Telehealth Network Alliance Has Been Restructured... through a venture that teams New Mexico Software (Albuquerque) with Physician's Telehealth Network, resulting in a new corporation (Doctors Telehealth Network). The latest generation of AssetWare Medical technology is being developed for potential deployment by the third quarter of 2003. Components of the reorganization are expected to include contract updating and establishment of financing programs. A major goal is to significantly improve the Network's system of practicing medicine with content management solutions from New Mexico Software that improve digital file distribution, encoding, licensing, management, and storage. New Agreement Will Promote The Androscope i-stethos... manufactured by Andromed Inc. (Montreal, Quebec, Canada). With a widespread network, Premier Purchasing Partners (San Diego CA) operates or is affiliated with an estimated 1,500 hospitals and health care systems that will be introduced to the Androscope i-stethos electronic stethoscope. The two-year agreement will support advancement of the product to optimize diagnosis of heart and lung pathologies and enhance cost efficiencies.

Specifically, the Androscope i-stethos is expected to offer a level of sound clarity that can support more accurate diagnosis. The Teaching Module allows more than one medical student to hear sounds during an exam. A link port enables sound capture and signal transfer for analytical and archiving purposes to track results over time. As the first of several scheduled product releases that can be integrated with the Androsonix sensor and technological platform, Andromed officials are targeting the U.S. market for non-invasive diagnosis and monitoring of cardiac and pulmonary diseases. Important features of Androsonix prevent of cross contamination with noise filtering and a wider sound spectrum that limits the need to move immobilized patients.
