About Our Name
We didn't choose the name Feed-back arbitrarily. It was selected to convey an ongoing exchange of information. Recently, we came across a somewhat surprising definition of "feedback loop" that nails what we're all about.
Feedback loop (noun): Cycle of mutual reinforcement; a cycle of behavior in which two people each act to reinforce the other's action. (MSN Encarta® Dictionary)
