BUSINESS PHILOSOPHY & PRACTICES
Finding reliable information is becoming much harder these days. Ideally, market research report analysis blends factual and subjective perspectives into an unbiased presentation. Quality depends upon the availability of good source material and the analytical skills to interpret it.
PHILOSOPHY:
"Feedback" has been a primary focus of our business since inception in 1982. According to MSN's Encarta® dictionary, "feedback" is a noun with three meanings, one of which is:
"…comments in the form of opinions about and reactions to something, intended to provide useful information for future decisions and development"[1]
If you provide relevant feedback to us, we'll use it to improve our reports and web content.

PRACTICES:
Content:
The staff at Feedback Research Services has set a simple publishing goal: To obtain information from various sources and generate the best possible analysis of a particular health care or medical market. We confirm or refine literature-based material through interviews and surveys that are conducted with industry participants. The results of our research are compared, contrasted, evaluated, and published as a market research report when we're confident it's a value-added product.
Price:
Primary research is labor-intensive and expensive — a fact that contributes to the high cost of market reports (e.g., several thousand dollars per title). Many people assume that higher-priced reports are significantly better than lower-priced ones and make their purchasing decisions based on cost. That may not be a wise choice if there's a market research report from Feedback Research Services on the same topic.
To keep production costs low, we update rather than write new reports for markets that aren't experiencing major changes. Although updates are still somewhat costly to produce, it's an option we offer that benefits everyone.
There are two other reasons why our prices are among the lowest in the market research report industry:
1) We work cost-effectively and pass the savings along to customers.
2) We use concise flexible formats that emphasize what's most important.
Quality:
Customers who buy reports from different publishers often contact us afterward and remark on the great value our publications provide. A Feed-back report isn't published and promoted until it generates:
1) Inclusion of new insights that haven't been published elsewhere
- and -
2) Favorable assessments from advance copy reviewers
Service:
After-sale support is provided at no extra charge to any customer who has questions. It's an offer that's extended several times to make sure people take advantage of it.
As we obtain additional information about a market, we write and publish report updates. Past customers are notified when new updates are available if we have current contact information on file to reach them.
